Who we are

Adilea is a specialist studio for building and running online collaboration platforms. It was founded and is led by Jean-Paul Delmeire, a Belgian consultant and programme leader with over 25 years of experience in digital transformation, e-government, and collaborative platforms.

Throughout his career, he has managed large-scale digital projects for public administrations, European programmes, and industry associations — consistently bridging the gap between policy objectives, user needs, and technical delivery.

Jean-Paul’s background spans strategic consulting, product management, and operational governance. He has coordinated national justice platforms such as RegSol and JustRestart, overseen cross-border digital collaborations like SeniorActiv’, and guided the creation of WeLink.Care, a pan-European community for healthcare professionals

This combination of institutional insight and practical delivery defines Adilea’s DNA: projects that are not only well designed, but that actually work — in production, at scale, and with users who trust them.

Fortnightly project meetings and monthly steering ensure alignment, sprint-by-sprint acceptance, risk tracking, and measured scope control—making verification and reception explicit.

Security, privacy, and compliance by design

We align hosting and administration to EU residency and GDPR, enforce access control, and harden front/back-office with dedicated perimeter protection and remote WAF/IDS where appropriate.

Operate what we build

Our teams handle training, service desk integration, change backlog, and iterative releases. In our platforms, this translates into measurable platform maturity (e.g., support stabilization and structured change management).
