WeLink.Care is an independent online community for healthcare professionals across Belgium, France, Luxembourg, and Switzerland. Its mission: to foster innovation, collaboration, and professional exchange around the shared goal of improving patient care.
The organisation needed a secure, ad-free, and professional platform capable of connecting thousands of verified users from hospitals, startups, and industry — combining the networking power of LinkedIn with the trust and focus of a dedicated healthcare environment.
Adilea designed, configured, and operates the entire platform infrastructure on the basis of its betoobe technology, ensuring scalability, compliance, and a seamless user experience.
Our mission
Adilea was commissioned to build the digital backbone of WeLink.Care and provide ongoing product and technical leadership.
Our mission included:
- Defining the digital architecture and data model for members, institutions, and sponsors.
- Configuring betoobe to match WeLink.Care’s identity, governance, and workflow.
- Deploying multilingual capabilities (FR/EN) and sector-specific modules.
- Integrating editorial, event, and partner-sponsorship functions.
- Ensuring operational stability and GDPR compliance.
The resulting hub brings together community engagement, knowledge sharing, and industry partnership — all in one environment designed “for professionals, by professionals.”.

The platform was branded to WeLink.Care’s identity, with custom UX/UI and responsive design.
Membership and authentication : We integrated verified registration flows (professional email, healthcare identifier, or institutional validation) and GDPR-compliant consent mechanisms.
