Data collected

This is a static site with no user accounts. Personal data is collected only when you voluntarily complete a form (speaking or consulting): name, organization, email address, an optional date/context, and your message.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is processed for the sole purpose of responding to your request. The legal basis is your consent (an unchecked opt-in box) and the legitimate interest in handling a contact you initiate.

Email capture (additional material)

If, in the future, content is offered in exchange for your email address, it will be on the basis of your explicit consent, with a stated purpose and the ability to unsubscribe at any time.

Recipients and retention

Your messages are received by Adilea (info@adilea.com) and stored securely outside the public web space. If a contact-management tool is adopted, data may be transmitted to it in compliance with the GDPR. Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then deleted or archived.

Cookies

Only one strictly necessary cookie is used: lang, which remembers your language preference. The analytics tool used (Cloudflare Web Analytics) works without cookies. No consent banner is therefore required. No advertising tracking.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email info@adilea.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Brussels).
